Experience comedy, passion and romance as you take a highly charged emotional ride through Broadway’s greatest hits!  Songs like I Want to be a Producer, Phantom of the Opera, On my Own, People, All that Jazz, Do you hear the People Sing? All I Ask of You, Cabaret, Music of the Night, Man of La Mancha, I Could Have Danced All Night, If I were a Rich Man, Defying Gravity, to name a few, will be performed at the intimate, 500-seat theatre with perfect acoustics.  This memorable night will remind guests of enjoying a Broadway Show in the comfort of their very own living room, with seats no farther than 50 ft. from stage.

Our performers combined credits include starring roles on Broadway in Les Miserables, Evita, and Phantom of the Opera, as well as guest artist appearances with major symphony orchestras and concerts everywhere from Carnegie Hall to a command performance at the White House. With such dynamic music and extraordinary talent, this performance is certain to be a thrilling celebration of musical theatre’s most spectacular moments!

"To me, this show is a heck of a lot more fun," said performer Raymond Saar Tuesday from his home, now in Los Angeles.  "In a musical, you're the same character for two hours. But here, you're several different characters."

Saar and three other veteran performers, his wife Diane Ketchie, Valerie Perri and Scott Harlan, will take audiences on a theatrical ride through such classics as "Les Miserables," " Phantom of the Opera," and "Chicago," to today's hottest new musicals such as "Wicked," "Spamalot" and "The Producers."

"(Audiences) don't know what to expect. One minute you're in 'Man of La Mancha,' then you're on the quest for Monty Python's Holy Grail," Saar said. "You have the ability in a show like this to be so many different character and keep the audience on the edge of their seats. It keeps them guessing."

Whether you want to hear the time-honored classics or selections from what's hot on Broadway now—or if need a course in Musical Theater 101, Broadway Showstoppers has something for you. "You won't be disappointed. This is a laugh-filled, action-packed and emotionally satisfying show," Saar said. "It's great for people who know musicals and people who aren't as familiar. It's a great introduction for people who don't know to get a really great sense of musical theater in one evening."

The evening will include interesting facts and story lines so that audiences will feel they are in the thick of the story and moved by its message. For instance, Saar will introduce "Dream the Impossible Dream" from "Man of La Mancha" as Don Quixote, and will transform himself into that character in an instant. "I'm a guy in a tux one minute, then I have a beard drawn on my face," he said. "It's a lot of fun for us to create."
